Common questions
Can't see yours? Call us on 0466 592 031.
Which program is right for my child?
Ages 3–5 start in Mini's. From 5, most kids join Small Group Training. Private coaching suits players with a specific goal, like fixing a weakness or preparing for trials. Not sure? Call us on 0466 592 031.
My child has never played. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Groups are sorted by age and level, so beginners train with beginners.
How does payment work?
Your first session is a paid trial to make sure it's the right fit. Read the booking terms.
Joining ATF partway through the term? You'll only be charged for the remaining weeks. For example, if you sign up in Week 3, you'll only pay for the remaining 7 weeks of the term.
What if we miss a session?
Tell us before the session and your child can have one make-up session in the same term. It may be on a different day or with a different coach. Sessions missed without notice can't be made up.
How do I cancel a term booking?
All Things Football requires 2 weeks' written notice to cancel a child's enrolment.
- Notice must be given in writing by email or message to our Manager, Jordan. Verbal notice or simply not attending does not count as a cancellation.
- The 2-week notice period starts from the date your written request is received.
- Your weekly direct debit will continue for the full notice period, whether or not your child attends.
- Your direct debit will stop once the notice period ends.
- No refunds are given for sessions missed during the notice period or for any session already paid for.
- Families who don't give notice will keep being charged until written notice is received.
Our groups are capped at a max. of 6 players, and every spot is held for your child. The notice period lets us fill that spot fairly and keeps our programs running smoothly for every family.
By enrolling with All Things Football, you agree to this policy.
