Register your team for the inaugural ATF Cup - the Shire’s first-ever youth football tournament. Each team will play 5 games throughout the day in a fun and competitive environment. (Max. 10 kids per group)

NOTE: NO REFUNDS TO BE ISSUED AFTER BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE 1. Player Registration & Entry Team Managers must register and pay in full, listing all players at time of booking. Individual players will be placed into a team by ATF and notified before the event day. Players must register in the same age group they participated in for the 2025 season. Players may only be registered in one team.No replacements after the event begins unless approved by the Tournament Manager. 2. Competition Format Each division will consist of groups of 4 teams (8 teams total per age division). Each team will play 5 games All teams will progress from the Group Stage into the Finals Series.Group Stage Rankings will be determined as follows: 1. Highest total points 2. Goal difference 3. Most goals scored 4. If still tied - a coin toss conducted by the Tournament Manager Finals: 1A v 2B, 1B v 2A, 3A v 4B, 3B v 4A Drawn finals decided by penalties (3 each + sudden death). 3. Weather The event will only be postponed or delayed in the case of severe weather that poses a safety risk such as thunderstorms/lightning. Any updates or changes due to weather will be communicated directly with Managers and posted on ATF’s social media. 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy No refunds to be issued after booking Weather-related refunds: If cancelled, ATF may reschedule or issue partial refund/credit. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or teams disqualified for breaches of the rules. 5. Code of Conduct All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to uphold the spirit of fair play, respect, and sportsmanship at all times. No abusive language or behaviour. Parents/spectators must stay off field & support positively. ATF may remove anyone acting inappropriately & breaches may lead to suspension or disqualification. 6. Photography & Media Consent By participating, you consent to ATF using photos/videos for social media, website & promotions. 7. General Terms ATF may adjust rules, schedules, or format if required. All players & guardians agree to these Terms upon registration. ATF not liable for injuries, loss, or damages during the event.
